Hi
Here is a copy of an email I received yesterday, I forgot that I had even signed up for it and now I find out I was one of the first 5000.
Dear QNX Registrant,
The QNX realtime platform is now available! And,
because you're one of the first 5,000 who registered, your
copy of the free CD will be shipped out shortly. Please
allow a few weeks for delivery. With the realtime platform,
you'll get the QNX Neutrino microkernel RTOS, Photon
microGUI windowing system, OS modules and utilities, full
development suite, Voyager web browser, multimedia
support for MP3, RealAudio/Video, Flash, MPEG, CD
Audio, a Quake III demo that lets you play the commercial
version if you have it installed, lots of public domain ports,
and much more.
What I want to know is am I in over my head with this operating system or is it pretty easy to learn. There will be a lot of questions and I hope you will all put up with me.
