"could not complete your request because of missing or invalid personalization information" could someone please help me? this is what I get every time I start up photoshop. It goes through the opening page, says that message, then I have to hit OK and it closes :-(

It all started when I had to "clean" my computer. I had let my sister use it when I went away and when I came back....omg...I can't even talk about it...lol! Anyway, I wiped out the hard drive, re-installed XP, then when I went to install PS there was no file to install from (on the CD) I don't remember how I installed it the first time, but my compy was so jam-packed with viruses, that it didn't run on its own, so I just ran it off the cd which seemed to be working just fine. This version of photoshop is one my friend copied for me. Maybe that could be it. But it worked fine before. So after I cleaned the hd, I went to run it from the cd again, and thats what I got. Troubleshooting has never been my thing and this is no exception. Thank you for any help anyone can give :-)
