Hi MiShY,
Is there any way not to loose a post when I make a mistake on my username or password?

I know, Your thinking how the #$%# can she make a mistake on her name!! LOL
Believe me, its easy..

More than once, I've written a post and I either didn't use a Capitol C in my name or I mistyped one letter in my password and I get the error message and to use the backspace to correct it and Wella, the post is gone!!!

I really think I corrected my name to a small carol but it still wants Carol. Ill try to fix it again. Have a great day...

Carol,

What ya noticing is very frustrating I know but it's a security feature as much as anything else to make sure someone isn't trying to post with your username other than you.

I suggest if you are unsure as to whether you have your username etc. correct you try either logging into the forums before posting (top right of main page) - this should then upon successful login fill in your posting details correctly for you, or alternatively (and this is a little crude) cut'n'paste your message after having typed it, so if you type your password details incorrectly you can just hit back on your browser and paste the message back in the message box without having to type it all out again http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hey MiShY~~

Thanks for the tip.

If anyone wants to use MY username, I'm sure they will be more computer savy than me and then I won't look like such a dummy~ http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/smile.gif

Have a Great day.. carol
