Virtual PC

I'm attempting to load Virtual PC onto my Windows XP Pro computer. After I down load the program and click to open Virtual PC I get the message: Virtual PC could not open the Virtual Machine PC Network driver. To fix the problem re-enable the VM Network Service driver on the ethernet adapter.

I've accmplished this but no result. Any idea?
