I have had a real hard time getting a USB wireless network adapter to communicate with my router. Been on the phone with both Dell and Linksys for several hours with no luck. You would think this would be a snap?
Dell thinks it is the OS and suggest a re-install. This computer is brand new out of the box so I would get step-by-step phone support.
Any thoughts on whether the OS miht be the problem? Any cautions against re-installing XP?
