Exclamation Midnight Club2 and Call of Duty problem

Hi...
I'm kind of new to this graphics thing. I have a AMD Athlon Xp 3000+ with 512MB of Ram and 160Gb of hard drive space. A few months back i updated my via (64mb) graphics card to VIA/S3 UniChrome IGP. I recently tried to play Midnight Club 2 on my computer but the game crashes to the desktop after I start it. Is there any way i can fix this?

Also, i installed a Call of Duty Burnville Demo on my computer but right after I click on it it crashes to the desktop and shows a window displaying: "GL_ARB_texture_compression not found"

From the sound of it, I am running the same system (or very close). Mine came with the VIA/S3G Unichrome IGP. It will not run many games at all (for me it's RollerCoasterTycoon3). I am in the process of updating myself, so I can't offer more, but I hope this helps some.

IMHO - Nope. I have tried updating, I have looked for new drivers, all to no avail. I have contacted Atari (makers of RTC3) they said I had to get a new video card, that the one I have won't support their game. I'm not an expert, but I'm gonna guess that this will be your only fix as well.
