I have a router to connect two PCs, one is fine but the other will let me connect to the internet and send and receive emails but does not allow me to enter any website. In this PC I had the free zone alarm installed which I have now uninstalled but inspite of that sometimes a message comes up saying that zone alarm will not let me enter web sites. I feel that maybe my problem is zone alarm but I don’t know how to get rid of it.
I would appreciate any help

Install it again and reboot then uninstall it via Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Keep doing that a few times and one of those uninstalls should work and leave you with a working Web.
ZoneAlarm seems to pick a random number of one of the uninstalls to attack a computer.
On an interesting note:
ZoneAlarm use to have a complete manual instruction on how to get rid of the stuff it "purposely" leaves behind.
They only posted that page after many complaints about it's free version uninstall...but I have noticed recently
that they have removed the uninstall instructions again...it's nowhere to be found.
Once you get it out stay away from it, that kind of behavior is no different that a virus or spyware.
Here is where the old adage "nothing is for free" kicks in.
