Blu Tooth printing

My problem is that I can't get BT bi-directional printing going. Unidirectional printing is fine. I can't get any printer status unless hooked up via usb. Any suggestions?

cmd /k ipconfig/all [use to start ipconfig from 'Run']
cmd /k ping <some website, like google or yahoo> [use to ping 'www.google.com' from 'Run']
