driver probs

Hi can you tell me what drivers to get for Airplus XtremeG+ dwl-g650+ for a Nec versa note VX computer, Its wireless and the router is dsl-g604t. i got the Ax drivers from thre home page but the Rad16 files isnt workin and i got the BX files and it still doesnt work, it says it connects but only somtimes but still has the IP as 169.***.** and thats my localhost and i cant access any webpages when it says oits connected, is it the driver or what? do i need to reconfigure my router? will it nacker the other comps that are connected to the router? please help
