mmmm.....no..I don't care for them unless they are on a salad...Too small..My kids eat them a lot tho..But I do like to grow sunflowers...So.

No, but my g-children love them. Eat them all the time. The flowers are pretty though. I do plant them.

Eating sunflower seeds??? Are you lot mad or something?

Sunflower seeds are for parrakeats (sp?) not us. I know we get oil and stuff from sunflowers but eating the seeds sounds yuck.

Now my fav snack is them nuts with the funny name pastacio? pastascio? well ya know the ones i mean. Oh and bombay mix. With a few cans of course! http://www.cybertechhelp.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
