When booting selecting to skip all startup files and ending at the black screen with a command prompt is where I am starting.
When I access my USB drive my throughput is only 35 MB per Min. but when in WinME GUI interface the throughput is well over 800 MB per Min..
Does anyone have any idea or suggestion as to what is going on?
