In trying to install an application which I hope will solve my ongoing Lost CD problem I get the message "This software requires 1.5mb===but your system has only .1mb of disk space" which is crazy as I have 2.15 GB free on my one and only drive!
I have tried changing the virtual memory settings from Windows control to "Let me specify my own" but, when I re-boot, find that it has reverted to "Let windows manage"
Have also defragged, scandisked and tried installing in safe mode, but to no avail!
I would welcome any suggestions for a solution.

What program is it?

Hi Degs,
This is a continuation of a problem "Lost Resources" which is posted elsewhere on this win98 forum where I detail having lost my cdrom drive, which I've been advised was caused by installing the incorrect "Infinst_enu.exe" It was for win95!
I've re-entered under a new heading in the hope that I might get a response.
I've been trying to install the correct "infinst_enu.exe" using the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility vers 3.20.1003 when I get the message as quoted on this post start-up!
Any ideas? Tips? Welcome
