I had a power failure about a week ago and since then when I click on a hyperlink in an e-mail, nothing happens. In order to get to the site represented by the link, I have to copy the shortcut then go to Internet Explorer, paste the link and then I can get to it. I have Windows 2000, version 5, service pack4 with Outlook Express 6. Can anyone help me?
