Windows halts startup becuase of msgsrv32.exe.
I see the desktop. I can't see any icons.
After pressing ALT-CTRL-DELETE I see that msgsrv32.exe is not respondning.
Only a few other programs have been loaded.
Does this have something to do with the "too many parameters" message?
How do I get into startup mode?
My only option is to press f2 to book from an alternate disk.
I am really screwed.
