Can't find the button to start a new post...

Hi, may I know why I couldn't find the button to click and start a new post? I was at the Outlook Express page and there was NO place where to enter to post a message. I sent this question to the "contact" link, but because they'll answer to my email, and I'm having difficulties with my OE email, I won't get their reply.

Please someone explain to me how to post a new post in general. But in this case in the OE category which I found by using search as it wasn't listed with the other categories.

Start it like you did this one. At the top of the page, click the 'New Thread' link, and you're on your way. Click this link (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=18) and it'll take you where you need to be.

Thanks very much, zipulrich, I found it and posted it! What must've happened is that I searched for the category: "Outlook Express" and in this category (which seems to have the same list of posts as the one I just posted it) the "New Thread" words were not hypertexted so that my clicking didn't open a place for posting. It must've been replaced and the old one not deleted?
