You can use msconfig to stop it from trying to load: Go to Start>Run, type "msconfig" (without the quotes), click OK. Go to the Startup tab, find the entry for MotiveSB and uncheck it, click OK. Next time you boot up, Windows will complain you're starting in Selective Mode. You are since you selected something not to start up, so click on the box in the lower corner for "don't show me this again" and then click OK.
That won't get rid of MotiveSB, it'll just make sure it doesn't load on startup.
A Google search for MotiveSB will give you lots of other resources if you want to know more about it.
