Firefox acting up
All of a sudden I have been getting a lot of errors with Firefox saying that it cannot find the site. Netscape is not having any problem though. Any suggestions?

is it all sites or just some. If all, check to see if you have work offline selected

This is happening with most sites when I type in their address in the address bar. I can sometimes get to the site if I do a search for the site (i.e. Google) and click the link.

Check you have the most up to date version of Firefox - I seem to recall this was a bug which has been fixed.

I have Firefox 1.0 installed. Should I just uninstall and reinstall it?

Have you tried clearing the cache out in Tools? Also check there aren't any errant proxies set in there that shouldn't be
