Believe it or not, I'm am trying to revive a old computer for a sick (very) neighbor.
I added a new HD and some memory, but had a real hard time with the format and partition. The computer would not boot from the A drive. It reads disks, just won't boot. Boot sequence is correct and disk was good. Finally got to boot from CD drive.
Anyway can I install win2000 over the top of win98 or do I have to go through partition and format. And, second, any suggestions on A drive problem or any any other thoughts.
Thanks
