START | RUN
Type in
msconfig hit OK
Go to TAB> START UP
See if Internet Explorer is listed and if the box is checked, uncheck it.
Hit APPLY,
Reboot.
If it is not listed then:
If on a Dial up open IE go to TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | CONNECTIONS, uncheck Dial whenever a Network Connect is not present.

Did the trick just fine, thanks again. Don't know how that happened tho. It was'nt like that before.
