No go to select system startup

Before Windows loads there is a beep and you click F8 to go to select system startup for normal or safe mode . My pc will not go there. It just continues to load windows. -PO-

try tapping F8 as sometimes you need to get it at just the right time.

else goto Start>Run> and type MSCONFIG.
Click the Advanced button and check Enable Startup Menu
