I am experiencing an unsual situation with Win 2k Pro network. I can select a file [for example] from Excel on another shared computer ["B"] and open it on another computer ["A"]. If I make changes or want to create another file form it and attempt to save it from "A" to "B" via "Save As" I receive the following message:

The folder"\\"B"\My Documents\"file name" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on an unavilable volume or protected with a password.

Now ... however, if I go to the other computer ["B"] and create the new file in the same fashion; come back to computer "A"; make adjustments to the newly created file, I can save it with the same file.

Any thoughts??
