html code for uploading a video to a myspace profile

Im sure most of you are familiar with myspace profiles. I am trying to help my firend load a music video from his band located on his computer to his profile. Do they need a site to host this video or is there an html code that will upload the video right from his computer.

To host video files you would be best offusing a dedicated hosting company.

Free hosts usually have heavy restrictions. These include file type, file size and bardwidth/transfer.


As for the uploading. Use FTP or the site's own upload utility.
