Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion
You can change the RegisteredOwner entry.

I don't know of a program that will do it but here's the registry edit:
1. Click Start, Run 2. Type regedit, click OK 3. Click the + sign to the left of the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows 4. Click on the CurrentVersion folder 5. Double-click Registered Owner in the right window 6. In the Value Data field, type in the new name 7. Click OK 8. Close the Registry Editor |
