Dual Booting with Win 2003 Server

I have 2 hard drives in my pc ( HDD0, HDD1 )...I have an operating system on both of them. Win Server 2003 on HDD0 and Win98SE on HDD1. When I boot up on the Win 2003 Server drive....I can see both hard drives fine. When I go into BIOS and change my boot sequence to HDD1, and boot up. I boot up fine, but do not see the HDD0 drive under "My Computer". Any ideas???

If win2003 is NTFS then it won't. DOS and Win9x cannot see NTFS.

Thanks alot! That must be my problem, I didn't even think about that. I just checked and the Win2k3 server is ntfs and the win98se is fat32...i appreciate the help.
