It's amazing how intellegent the animal kingdom is and I had heard similer stories about baboons before. I know when we raised Texas Longhorns if something got after one of the calves or the grown cows the whole herd would come running to the rescue. Animals are fascinating to watch.

They sure are fascinating, lying in wait for 3 days! That's pretty interesting. Also, Saudi Arabia is one place I would have never imagined baboons. Learn something new every day. You know, I've always had quite an interest in that country. Transcriptionists can even go over there and work (except I think you have to be single), and I thought about it many a time in the past.....I know it would be incredibly different - guess I'd have to cover my face if I went into town or some such! Wow!
