Annoying kernel32.dll errors

Hi all,

I am getting teh following error...

"programename" has caused an error in kernel32.dll. "program" will now close.

This happens for most of my software that I am using and IE also.

When i boot up I get "unknown" has caused an error in kernel32.dll. "unknown" will now close.

I have run pcbug doctor, spybot and AVG antivirus and all is clean.

Can anyone help me fix this???
