Firefox

Hi there,
Does anyone know how you can force FireFox to get the page from the server everytime. The problem I have is that it sometimes caches. I can force the refresh by doing ctrl-F5 but I want it to update when I hit f5

Thanks in advance

Richard

This isn't really an answer, but more of a place to look for this setting.

Open a new window or tab. In the URL field, type

about:config

and hit Enter.

You will see a large list of configuration settings for Firefox, which may include what you are looking for.

Well

I don't know what to do to change keyboard shortcut,
If you want to disable cache,
type about:config
go to browser.cache.disk.enable and make the value false by double clicking it.

I am not at all sure about it but I think if you change value of browser.cache.check_doc_frequency to 4 then it would not compare new page with previousely stored page

By the way this problem is very easy to set in original mozilla.

Regards
