I just reinstalled windows xp pro and office xp. Now when I use outlook for email i can receive and send but can't use the reply key or the forward key. Whe i try i get a box that says opening word as editor but then the system freezes. i have tried reinserting the office cd and running the repir mode but the problem remains. Would appreciate any help
