Can anyone tell me how to setup MS Outlook to block certain e-mail? I get tired of getting spam e-mail and like to block it. Is there a good site that explains step by step how to do it?

np.

I have 223 blocked senders in my block senders list, I have 71 message rules in my rules list and
most of the rules have multiple phrases within the rule. It takes time to build those rules. Spam keeps
coming into email when you first start using rules but in time you can shave most of the spam down
to a trickle where only the purposely improper spelling spam gets in and they have to misspell it so
bad you can barely read what they title the email :)

Rules are a great tool, just give it time to strengthen as you keep adding new phrases to an existing rule or add new rules.
