Trouble receiving a particular email

I paid for an ebook that only comes in PDF. The person who wrote it is in New Zealand. The book is about lottery and has the word all through the book so it's always mistaken as spam and filtered out automatically by Web based email host such as MSN, Hotmail, AOL and Yahoo internet as spam. I have Vorizon with MSN. He is on my email safelist, but how do I make sure the computer's settings or my email software is not blocking him or filtering out his email with that PDF file attatchment? I have not yet received the ebook. I am somehow able to receive a message saying he has tried to send it but My email host is filtering him out due to stringent spam filters. I have tried calling my ISP and had him cleared so they are no longer blocking him. That didn't work. I addedd his all the address suggested on the safe list on the computer and on the trusted sites list, anything I could think of. What else is there? Is it because he is in another country and has a different ISP? The testimonials show that many others have received the ebook. I did a search on him and a bunch of listings came up and every one has positive words about the system. So I want to fix this problem so can quell my curiousity for this thing. What's the solution?

how big is the pdf file? What is the max your isp will let through? maybe get a gmail account for files like this.

The PDF file is 50 pages. My isp allows 25 MB.
