Hi, i am trying to make a scroll bar to be able to scroll my text. I dont want it to have a border or a horizontal scroller, just a vertical one. Also i would like the background to be transparent. If someone could give me a code for something like that, either a scrolling div or iframe that would be very helpful. thanks!
