This means whomever "copied" the CD didn't know what they were doing. The original label
on the CD that was copied was not applied to the burned CD you are using.

You'll have to obtain a legitimate Windows 2000 CD.

I would obtain Windows XP Pro instead because mainstream support for Windows 2000 ends
in June 2005. This means Microsoft will not offer any critical updates for Windows 2000 unless
it's some really nasty virus plug or a very severe bug in Windows 2000.

You will need to get on another computer (friend's, relative's, etc.) that has Internet access and then go here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/servicepacks/. This website has all of the available service packs for Windows 2000, use the option for "Network Installation", it will give you the option to SAVE IT, instead of doing a live install.

Once you have downloaded it, burn it to a CD and then bring it back to your computer and insert the CD when it asks for it.

If you do not have one already I would highly suggest that you get a legal copy of Win2k, if you do need to call MS for support they will ask for your keycode.
