command.com - incorrect parameters..???

I restarted my computer after installing this thing, then after i put the password in, it took a while to go to the main screen. When the screen finally came up, a box popped up saying something like
C:\WINDOWS\system32\command.com
Incorrect parameters

What does this mean?

What OS?


I would guess that a program is trying to use command.com with some switches/parameters but they are not the correct ones.
