Some CD's are copy protected so that the tracks cannot be played on a PC.
Othertimes it's just because the CD is in the wrong session.
Session1 = Audio
Session2 = Data (Vids etc.)
Depending on your system there are different ways to access or change the session.
In My Computer right-click the drive and goto properties and see if there is an option to switch the session.
If you have burning software then see if that can switch the session.
I remember that the old Easy CD Creator shipped with Session Selector.

Hi johnnirmal0611
Try this, In "My Computer" right click on your cd drive and
select Open.
You may be able to see the music files.
If so, double click to play.
