I just got premiere and i would like to import my captured video that was done in Pinnacle into Adobe premiere. Does anyone know how to or is possible

Welcome :)
Haven't used the pinnacle program but did you capture and save as a file such as MPEG or AVI?
If so you should be able to import the files into a Premiere project.

The fomat in which pinnacle captures video is in .stu for studio

It that for the project?
If so I think you will have to export from Pinnacle as a MPEG/AVI etc.
