Unable to Uninstall IE Message.

Can't redirect on certain pages. Tried to reset IE, but message said was unable to uninstall. Could system config set to safe mode cause this? If so, how to change the mode? I forgot how I did it.:eek:

you need to be clearer. What does uninstall have to do with redirection? And why are you in safemode?
