Win ME Start up error

Hello all,

I am having issues starting up Win ME. Everytime I turn on the computer, I get an error saying " Error Message: The following file is missing or corrupted: C:\Windows\IFSHLP.SYS" Does anybody have any ideas or solution to this? Thanks
