Lightbulb An Idea to ponder

1) I love this site, its awesome beyond werdz!!!

I have an idea for The Quick Reply Field...........

How about making it ALWAYS ENABLED (So you dont have to click that icon next to 'Quote' to type in it) This can be done in the control panel...Some sites im on do have it this way and its so much easier to start typing instead of having to CLICK THAT ICON first,i dunno.......

What do ya all think of that?????

I never use that button so to post. So to me it does not make a difference whether or not it is active.

Steve,

When Dan said that he doesn't use that button to post, what he meant was that he doesn't use Quick Reply at all, he always does it the "hard way' by clicking Post Reply, opening a new page, and using the standard reply method.

Yeah, it took me a while but I figured it out. Thanks.

I think I need some new glasses - I never saw the "Post Reply" button before.

Yes thats what i meant guys, having QUICK REPLY 'ALWAYS ENABLED' So you dont have to click the icon next to "quote"

It can be set in the control panel this way........

1 site im on however,if i disable scripts, the box is enabled always, most VB sites though need scripts to run correctly and thus you cant do that on. (Disable scripts)
