To become Admin

my friend on another forum... (about harry potter........) became an admin... is it possible to gain an admin status after years of work on this forum....?

Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.

ok fair enuf, so if one person is an expert at say... widnows 95, he/she can become a moderator?

It is always possible, rules in becoming a moderator here
1. don't ask
2. have knowledge and use it properly
3. always behave
4. send 1000 US dollars to...

:wave: IMO it got to do how the posts are answer ,attitude,not being judgemental on the way a question is asked ie. My computer is broke,help pleeeeeeezzzz answering that type question with a question.put this it all up to Admin.to select the mod.its better for mod to answer this ??+ one does not ask to become a mod they're selected
