Proper forum to post this???

1. My profile is checked for invisible mode but I appear in the users sections when online at a forum.

2. When opening a forum, the new (newly un-read yet by me) posts were always bold faced until I opened them. Now they are not, but all are the same without any bold facing fonts.

Any help or suggestions?

1. Look for an asterisk next to your name - that indicates your invisible status. You will still see yourself on whose online if you are looking at whose online using your logged in account.

2. They should only go bold if there is a new post.

I see the asterick but I wouldn't have known what it was for until now.
So that tells me I'm invisible to others but I see myself. That's kind of funny that it still shows me, with asterick, when I know where I am.:dizzy:

When I returned to this forum to check my Q, it was big and bold as I was used to seeing. But now another Q........was it big and bold because I was in it or should everything I have not opened to read yet be that bold also. I say this because going to the joke forum, after not being there for some time, I don't see anything being bold font headings.
I could have sworn anything I have not opened yet was bold faced.
I could be swearing wrong.:dizzy:

Only new posts since your last visit will be bolded. Doesn't matter if you've read them or not. :)

Thanks zip. Now that I go back to Joke Forums I see the 3 top ones bolded.
So I left there and came back here to type this. I went back to jokes again and same 3 are still bolded. This is how it's always worked, I think. If I open one, naturally it goes normal. But if someone adds to that post and brings it to the top again, it should get bolded again unless I open it.:michaelan

That bold thing seems to be working normal today. Who knows.
