I have two network cards in my server and I have each of them connected to my switch, now does anyone know where I can get some software that allows me to use the two connections as one connection on my computer. Someone told me it was called NIC Tweening or something like that, but I'm not sure. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You need a managed switch that allows for port trunking.

I'm pretty sure that my switch can do that, but what software do I used to make my computer think that theres one 200 Mbps connection instead of two 100 Mbps connections.

Its not done through software. There are some minor OS issues, but for the most part it is network based.
