Every time I go to read any thing thru my Acrobat Reader I get a warning I am missing a Windows system file Riched32.dll. How can I get this back??????;)

You could try download the file and copying it into your Windows System folder ( C:\Windows\System )

Extract into windows\system directory/folder.
