A lot of problems! Help!

Few days ago I installed Kapsersky AVP (instead of NAV) and it found 7-8 viuses (I think all were Trojans). After that, my computer was clean, but a lot of another problems occured:
- red colour from my monitor dissapear
- windows font is different and bigger, all icons are bigger .. I tried to change it in Display properties and also Screen resolution, but no change
- this morning when I turned on pc, it opened only background and display some message 'The error en****ered with explorer.exe....' so I couldn't do anything but restart it

What to do?
