Wireless connection..receiving not sending?

Neighbors wireless setup on her Toshiba laptop, winXp wireless connection not firewalled, was working fine two days ago, then yesterday stopped connecting to the Internet. Under her network connections there are 5-6 connections and only one is her linksys router. It says she has excellent connectivity and she is receiving packets but sending zero. We deleted all the other connections and left only hers. She can connect if we set her up wired but the wireless is still giving her nothing. Should we uninstall and reinstall?

Has your neighbour been using Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) IAMH4? If so, try the fix here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892350) for whichever SP is installed.

You are welcome IAMH4. Post back and tell us what Service Packs are installed and whether or not your neighbour has XP Home or Pro if the fix doesnt work.
