Please post your HJT log in the CyberSafety forum (down the page a little way)....but what exactly is the problem you're having?

my daughter is the one needing help, but since she couldnt get any websites to come up, she asked me to post this for her. she wants me to ask you if you have any chat programs, she can type to you through? she can't get ANY websites to come up, but she can her chat programs. She has Yahoo messenger, msn messenger and aol messenger....do you have any of those?

I understand your concern (and her frustration), but for obvious reasons I don't offer support via chat/e-mail/etc. I strongly suggest you put Ad-Aware (from here (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/#free)) on a disk and install it on her PC. Run it, and let it remove whatever pests it finds. Have her e-mail you a HJT log after, and post it here. :)
