Incredimail new icon download problems

When I download new icons for Incredimail (letter stationary) the pictures don't show up in my in my style box. the text is there (title of stationary) but no picture. Any ideas what's wrong?

"I had Incredimial, but found that if you do'nt buy the up grades. When you send a e-card or a letter with a background pitcher in them the poeple can not see them (Unless they to have Incredimial). That's just what happend to me!!!!!
