I have been having some problems with WORD. Whenyou go into view-- tool bar-- web tools and then click on sound I get this message: This object was created in htmlinlinesound ctl. This application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.
Then my second problem is in the same area when I click on scrolling text I get this message This object was created in MARQUEE. This application is not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed

I need some help on this. Thank you

Hello and welcome to CTH. Are you using Windows XP SP2?
If so, you are out of luck...
