Is there any free software to transfer file between two computer over internet

You could simply upload your file here (https://www.yousendit.com/) then re-download it on the said computer :) (Up to 1000 Megs)

I do it alot..

1) Upload the file to that server
2) Send the link 2 dl it to your email
3) Goto said computer and log into your email and re-obtain your file :)

There are a few options

1) FTP Server
You can setup an FTP Server where there is a share on your PC where you can have files available for others to download.
These can also be Username & Password protected.

3) Instant Messaging
