Kodak Imaging for windows

Hi friends,

After scanning a few times, find that the kodak imaging software
appears without having all the toolbars and even file menu bar,
what has really happen? Below is my os and hardware specs:

PC Brand: HP Brio
os platform: windows 2000 professional
CPU : Intel PIII
scanner: HP 5200
Problematic software: Kodak Imaging for windows
scanner software: HP Precisionscan ver 2.2

Do the toolbars reappear on reboot?
If so it would suggest a memory problem.
