Roxio Scandisk Problems.......

Hi all :wave: ,
I have been using Roxio (drag to disk) for backups but now i cant access all my files from the dvd that i was using. I tried Roxio scandisk but it doesn't get the filles back either :nope: . Is there another program that i can try that would help?..

Does the PC/software detect the DVD?
Can you see the files?

Have you tested the software with another DVD?

It does see the DVD but it says;

You can see that i have space on the DVD but i cant see the other files
